Why We Write

BY THE TALENTDASH TEAM | April 26, 2016

“When I sit down to write a book, I do not say to myself, ‘I am going to produce a work of art.’ I write it because there is some lie that I want to expose, some fact to which I want to draw attention, and my initial concern is to get a hearing.” ― George Orwell, Why I Write

Hello there. Welcome to the blog of TalentDash. Did you find your way here by chance, or are you one of our users? No matter—whether you are the former or the latter, we hope to be able to provide you with whatever information and insight that you were searching for, or did not know you were looking for yet.

TalentDash is still relatively young, and so is our blog. However, as we grow, we hope to cover and discuss a wide range of topics related to the tech industry, start-ups, and especially everything about finding the right people to build your team. After all, that is what TalentDash is all about: finding the right talent for you. Sometimes these posts will be covered as Opinion pieces, other times, we will make Case Studies out of companies we look closely at. Sometimes we’ll give you Tips and Advice. Once in a while, we will do Features of people from the community because we would like to help you get to know the community better. Of course, last, but certainly not the least, check back regularly to stay in tune with Updates of our service.

As you may know, the mark of a good writer—blogger or journalist—is ensuring the quality and integrity of the written works. Here at TalentDash, we take our knowledge-sharing very seriously and take pride in backing our articles up with meticulous research, as well as experience.

Now, sit back, grab your favourite drink, and take some time exploring this site. We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves, and so, would love to know what you think. So please feel free to drop us a message on Twitter or Facebook.
